These Terms govern your use of this app.
The service
This app provides original practice questions and study tools to help you prepare for a licensing exam. It is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any testing vendor or licensing authority. Practice questions are not real exam questions.
Purchases
Pro is offered through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions and, where available, a one-time lifetime purchase. The available plans, full price, billing period and any eligible free trial are shown before you confirm payment with Apple or Google. Lifetime access does not require a recurring subscription.
Subscriptions and free trials
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. An eligible free trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled in time. Trial availability depends on the product and your store account; the store confirmation controls the actual purchase terms. For Apple free trials, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to renew.
Manage, cancel and restore
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ends according to the store terms for your plan or trial. Restore purchases using the same store account that made the purchase. Access is restored when the store confirms an active entitlement.
Refunds
Store refund requests are handled under Apple or Google rules. Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. The separate Pass Guarantee Terms explain our additional commitment and how to contact us about a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
No guarantee of results
Except as expressly stated in the Pass Guarantee Terms, we do not guarantee any particular exam result. Your performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute the questions or content, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
