The pass guarantee is our commitment to stand behind your preparation.
What you get back
If you meet the conditions below and do not pass, we refund every payment you have made for this exam — whether you paid once for lifetime access, paid for a year, or paid month by month. Free trial days are not charged, so there is nothing to refund from them.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under the guarantee, you must:
- Have paid for access to this exam. A free trial alone is not covered, because nothing was charged.
- Have kept your access active throughout your preparation. If you cancel partway through and let access lapse, the guarantee does not carry over.
- Complete your study plan to the point the app marks you exam-ready (reaching the pass standard for your exam).
- Take the official NCLEX within 12 months of your first paid purchase for this exam and not pass. Subscription renewals do not restart this 12-month period.
The 12-month deadline applies only to pass-guarantee eligibility. It does not shorten lifetime access.
How to claim
Submit your guarantee claim to contact@azadstudio.net, with proof of your official failed exam result, within 60 days of receiving that result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 30 days of approval. Approving a refund also ends any active subscription for this exam.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply where the eligibility conditions above are not met, or in cases of fraud or abuse.
